In the role of Onsite Letting Agent, we provide first class service and support for tenants, with the key point of difference being that we are physically located on-site. This means we have the ability to deal with matters promptly and efficiently.

- Convenience of dry cleaning drop-off and collection from onsite office
- Hotel on the doorstep offering additional services of room service delivery or take-away menu from the Alpha Mosaic Hotel.
- Alpha Club Card including 20% discount on beverages; 10% discount on meals; and discounted accommodation rate for their guests.
Applications & Forms
For prospective tenants wanting to submit a tenancy application, our process is outlined in the Application Process document. Please contact our leasing team for any assistance regarding this process.
It is a requirement for all proposed occupants to complete an individual Tenancy Application. We aim to have applications processed within a 48 hour period, subject to all referees being contactable and owner approval.
As an apartment complex is community living, there are Body Corporate By-Laws applicable to Mosaic Apartments. The Body Corporate By-Laws form part of the tenancy agreement and it is a requirement that all residents are provided a copy.
In accordance with the Body Corporate By-Laws for Mosaic, pets must be approved by the Body Corporate, then subject to Lessor approval. Only domesticated, house-trained pets will be considered. Please complete the form below and return to our leasing team.
